The last week of June

Where does the time go? It's the end of June already. Anyway, I have arranged a stay awake competition again because people kept asking me about it. It's on the 8th of July so I'll try to be awake the whole weekend, next week.

I finally have all of the grades in that student system thingy called Winha. It sure did take a while. I just need to finish the Cisco TCS job next month so I can get that out of the way.

I finished re-re-re-rewatching Invader Zim yesterday, [gir voice]I love that show[/gir voice]. I'm thinking about getting those American Dad episodes that have aired so far. People say it's not as good as Family Guy, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a chance.

Now, what else do I have to write about. Well, I guess that's about it really. Just wasting my time, and trying to reserve the energy for the stay awake competition and for school. Anyway, nothing more to add really so I'm off to watch some TV. Cya.

Midsummer's day approaches

Yup, this Saturday it's midsummer's day, and I think I have even less to do than usual. No money, no party, no booze. But I just have to cope with the no money issue for a while longer. Next month I'll try to pop by the bank and get some stuff sorted out, like the tuition fee. On August I'll try to fill out some forms and get some money from school, hopefully they still can give me 1000e like they have usually given to students who are going outside the EU borders to study. They are just complaining that the grant the government gave to them some years ago is wearing thin.

But since the last post, nothing has really been happening, and I watched through all of the Babylon 5 episodes. Even watched all 13 Crusade episodes. Now I just have to think about something else to do. That Cisco job would be one good thing to do, but again...the laziness and stuff. But we'll see.

Last week's Dr Who episode, the season ending episode, was brilliant. Lots of stuff happening and finally an explanation for the badwolf texts :). This however also means that we have to wait for a while before the 2nd season starts. I guess I'll fall behind on the 2nd season, IIRC, it should start when I'm in Sydney. But maybe I'll be able to tune in on some episodes when I'm there, who knows.

Anyway, I didn't have lots to write about because nothing much has happened. Maybe I have more to tell next week, maybe not. But this is it for now, cya.

Oh noes, I'm late

Sorry for being a couple of days late from my weekly update, but I've been busy. Sadly not at work, and it seems there isn't going to be any work for me this summer. But I've been busy with some...non-public things. But nothing else has happened really. Been just watching Babylon 5 when I have the time and of course I watched Dr Who last weekend, which was really good. The season ending episode is of course the grande finale, I hope it's going to blow my mind :)

But anyways, I'm too busy to blog more. Laters.

Time to update the good ol' blog again, although I don't know what to write about. I guess I should mention that I've got the plane tickets to Australia and back. I would have gotten 'em a bit cheaper by getting them straight from Kilroy, but a travel agent gives more flexibility in many issues that are pretty much worth the extra 100e. About 1225e all in all isn't too bad, especially because the guys who were in that school last year had to pay around 1500e for the tickets ;)

The summer job thing is looking a bit gloomy, but hopefully something will pop up this week. If not, I think it's pretty safe to say that I'll be on a vacation this summer. Which is unfortunate because I would need more cash, especially now. But such is life.

Nothing else really pops into my mind. Oh yea, I started watching Babylon 5 today. It's nice to watch it again, haven't seen any episodes of it in ages. Oh, and the "party" went fine. Boring as always.

Oh and of course, last week's Dr Who episode was ok. I expected more of it, but it wasn't too bad. This week's episode promises to be more interesting, although it looked a bit bizarre from the preview.
