Week starter blog
Since the last blog I've been watching through more and more SG1 episodes. Other than that, not much has happened. I did manage to write some code yesterday, fixed some problems. The only thing I now need to do is make the game write player information (name & score) to the database, and it would be good if the program would know the right place where to put that name. So sorting out the list based on the score would be a good place to start. After all, it doesn't matter in what order they are in the database. As long as the program displays it right. I also managed to put some of the stuff on "paper", meaning I wrote some stuff up using Word. I just need to finish the damn thing and then I can finish the report, but I still have about 3 weeks left to do that. So I don't have to go mental just now.
The instructor still hasn't opened up the 4th semester for me, regarding the CCNA studies. My 2nd last Cisco lab classes are today, or at least according to the class schedule. Things might change, depends on Jukka (the guy in charge of the Cisco lab stuff). Getting a bit excited about the final lab exam, but hopefully everything will go fine.
Other than those, I don't think anything has really happened on the weekend. Oh yea, of course I can't forget that the new Enterprise episode was aired last weekend. Enterprise was on a looong break. It's good that it's back, although that means it will be over soon. There will be no 5th season of Enterprise, at least not yet. You never know if some company will be interested in it later on, but currently it doesn't look good. Oh, and one cannot say it enough, Dr Who rocks! It's a shame the Doctor will change for the next season of Dr Who though. The Doctor can regenerate limited times after all, and the new one will be the 10th Doctor. If they don't figure out a loophole, the last Doctor will be the 12th. Although I'm sure that if the new series will be as successful as the old series (one can only hope), they'll find a loophole.
I think that's enough blogging for now, as I really didn't have any significant reasons to blog anyway.
