Starting weight: 62kg
Starting waist: ~86cm
Taken before eating anything. Let the experiment begin :)
It's about 6pm, and I have already seen some changes. The main change being that I'm tired and out of energy, when in the morning I still was pretty cheerful. So I guess that means I'm spending more energy than I'm taking :)
It's about 10pm now, and I think I might be ending this whole experiment. I'm tired and can't concentrate. My muscles don't recover from working out. I'm all out of energy. I can't eat enough vegetables to substain my alertness. So it seems that eating plain vegetables is a no go for me. So this experiment wasn't a complete waste, as I found that out. I'll try to hold out on eating anything big for today, and take those weight and waist measurements tomorrow morning. Although I don't expect to see any changes.
